TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Price Match Guarantee: If you find an equivalent advertised vehicle at a lower sale price we will drop our price to match their price before you buy your vehicle from us.  You must submit the qualifying advertisement to the proper email address in order to request the price match from our staff.  Taxes, registration, & fees are excluded. 
2. Geographic limitation: The lower-priced vehicle must be available for sale within a 75 mile radius from the Auction Direct location you are buying your vehicle from. 
3. Advertisement must be online and currently available for purchase. Only online advertisements are eligible for the Price Match Guarantee. For example, advertisements from other media such as, written dealer offers, or verbal offers will not be accepted. The vehicle must also still be available for purchase. 
4. Warranty: Vehicle must come with a warranty period equal to or greater than the AuctionDirectOnline.com warranty and must have equivalent coverage.
5. Must be "Apples to Apples" Comparison. The Price Match Guarantee is available only for vehicles of the same year, make, model, and trim that contain the same options, and packages. The vehicle's mileage must be within 2,500 miles of the odometer reading on the vehicle we will be dropping the price on.  An advertised vehicle that contains negative prior history different from our vehicle will not be eligible for this program.  This includes such things as prior accidents or damage, branded titles, rental use, lemon-law buybacks or other commercial use. 
6. Vehicle must be offered for sale by a licensed automobile dealer who reconditions their vehicles.
7. Verification of Claims: All requests and advertisements submitted in connection with the Price Match Guarantee are subject to verification by AuctionDirectOnline.com. We will not accept evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by AuctionDirectOnline.com. We will not accept any advertisement that in our sole discretion is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently, deceptively, or in bad faith.
8. Changes: The failure by AuctionDirectOnline.com to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
